Be most careful with using a Non Licensed Contractor! These guys are not licensed with the State of California as contractors and tell people that a B.E.A.R. license is as good. It doesn't even come close! Got to CSLB.CA.GOV to check them out. Your are exposing yourself to great risk and are breaking the law having them do anything over $500.00
