Hiawatha Homecare has been providing care in the comfort of our clients' homes since 1988. Hiawatha Homecare provides home care for people who are ventilator dependent and/or have complex medical needs. We specialize in serving clients and their families by providing exceptional health care services and managing the unanticipated changes that result from injury, illness, or chronic health problems. We provide both extended hour nursing and skilled nursing visits for pediatric, adolescent and adult clients. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are Medicare Certified and licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Hiawatha Homecare accepts all insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid and we invoice insurance providers directly for services and supplies.
