Professional, prompt, keeps commitments on appointments. Finished work very good. Happy with the direction Tim Orr provided without the hard sell you get with bigger companies. He kept his word and did good work. That's pretty impressive these days. Honest and reasonable is how I'd characterize my experience. He cares if you are satisfied with the work.

Tim from Orr Roofing was very professional. He gave me the best possible price for my repair. Then him and a couple of his guys came out and finished the job in the less than a day. Tim worked with me to get the most money from my insurance. We discovered an inside leak after the adjustor left and he took pictures, contacted the adjustor and arranged for the repair.
