Great office! Great staff and wonderful doctors! If looking for a new doctor call Northridge Eye Care!

Dr. Cullum really cares about each patient and ensures that you're receiving the best products. My son had "lazy eye" and instead of jumping to referring us to a specialist for surgery, they insisted we stick with glasses and patching to solve the problem, which it did!

The biggest thing that sets Dr. Cullum apart from other optometrists we've visited is the fact that she sticks with you during the whole process of choosing the right eyeglasses!

I wish I had done this years sooner. It's been nearly 2 years since my surgery with Dr. Haugen and I couldn't be more happy. The consult and day of the visit went flawlessly - like most people (I assume), I was utterly surprised at how quickly the actual procedure took.

I wish I could go back in time and tell my younger self to have this done. I would recommend this facility, the staff, and Dr. Haugen to anyone I know (and those I don't). Completely satisfied.

My sister, brother-in-law, and a few other family members raved so much about Northridge Eye Care that I decided to finally give it a try. I knew I needed glasses for some time now, but I was hesitant to get a check up.

Upon entering Northridge, Dulce greeted me and was very welcoming. Dr. Cullum did an amazing job during my eye exam. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She also made sure to answer any and all of the questions that I had.

When I was finished with my eye exam, Linda helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. My entire appointment from start to finish was excellent. Thus, if you are looking for an enjoyable, knowledgeable, stress-free experience, look no further, Northridge Eye Care is the place for you!

I've been putting off this surgery for years and finally took the plunge this year. I was concerned about so many things; cost, pain, recovery, side effect etc.
The people at Northridge Eye Care really made everything so comfortable and easy and helped me find a way to meet my budget. Everyone was there to answer any and all questions during the process and keep me feeling safe and comfortable.
I can't believe it took me this long to do this. I highly recommend Cataract surgery to anyone who is even thinking about it. My one major piece of advice is to make sure you do the research and talk to the people who work at the place you get it done. I can't imagine having it done at a place where the staff isn't as professional or as helpful as they were at Northridge Eye Care.

I've been going to Dr. Haugen at Northridge Eye Care for 4 years now. He is professional, courteous and thorough. I drive over 150 miles to get my eyes checked by him and it's well worth the drive. You don't get any better than Dr. Brian Haugen.

My whole family goes here. All three children, my wife, and I all enjoy coming here. Dr. Haugen is very friendly, and very comforting. He really cares about his patients. The new location is great! Who doesn't enjoy going into a refurbished building especially one right on Main Street. Your eyes are in good hands here.

Dr. Cullum is phenomenal! I moved to Red Bluff a little over a year ago, and needed to find an eye doctor for contacts and eyeglasses. Dr. Cullum always took the time to ask questions about my lifestyle and find what would work best for me. I haven't had issues with anything she has prescribed me, and my vision has actually improved over the past year.

Her and her staff are always friendly. I look forward to going to the eye doctor!

Today was my first time appt with Dr. Brian Haugen. What a pleasant man. He listened carefully to me and answered all my questions. He seems very knowledgeable, he put my mind at ease, explained things well. Prescribed some drops that I hope will relieve my nighttime dry eyes. I will definitely consider him for future eye problems. I was able to get a same day appt too because I thought I had an eye infection and Northridge Eye Care accommodated my request. I wish all doctors behaved like Dr. Haugen.

Just had eye surgery last week and it was a truly fabulous experience -- as much as any can be considering you're actually having something like this done. Dr. Haugen and his team are the consummate professionals, from the first diagnosis, to preparing all the minutia of the procedure and then at the hospital itself. His surgical director, Wanda is a calming partner to you throughout, answering questions and guiding you through all the preparation, forms etc.
I never felt under an pressure to select a higher cost lens and Dr. Haugen was patient and extremely knowledgeable on what would be the optimal choice.
The hospital team has worked with him for many years and the actual procedure was done without me being nervous.

There are a lot of choices when it comes to medical or eye care in general, but I am so glad that I have Dr. Haugen and his office in my corner. I don't have to look any further for my long-term eye care.

I'm pretty sure people write their first reviews on a horrible experience or a great experience. For me, it's clearly the latter. My experience with Dr. Haugen and his team has been nothing short of fantastic.

I first met with Wanda, who is pretty much an angel. She guided me through every step of the entire process and really took care of me. She thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and I rarely had to ask any questions. She's super easy to talk to and will brighten your day, making the whole 'having sugery in your eye' feel less traumatic.

On the day of the operation,the surgery staff prepared me and filled me in on all the information I needed and prepared a kit for me with everything I needed post-op. They was so sweet.

The operation itself was actually very relaxed and short (but not rushed). Dr. Haugen would explain to me everything he is doing so you're not surprised by anything. He made it a lot less stressful than going to the dentist (nothing against dentists!)...despite it's your vision that's at risk. I did not experience any pain, only slight discomfort but that is to be expected.

My entire experience did not feel like a typical doctor's visit but felt very personal thanks to the team. Cataract surgery has a huge impact on your life, so it is very important you're in great hands.

Note: I actually wrote this review the day after my operation, but decided to wait after my final check up in case there were complications. Things only got better since!

I had my first visit to Northridge Eye Care yesterday. I barely had to wait at all while I was there. Everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable. I liked Dr. Cullum very much and the woman who helped me find the perfect glasses was very helpful! I would highly recommend this office

I was referred to Dr. Haugen by someone that I know dearly and I would say that I'm thankful for the referral! Before this, for many years I had always just went to a LensCrafters and got any random doctor available there. I see this doctor maybe at the most once a year for my exam, but when I do it's always nice to see him and a pleasure talking to him about the Hawaiian islands and Japan. Very professional, easy to talk to and makes you feel completely at ease. And Wanda always makes my time there pleasant too and she never fails to provide great service, along with Dr. Haugen. Definitely the best ophthalmologist I've had so far and someone I would strongly recommend to anyone out there looking for one!

Dr Haugen is extremely competent and polite. I went to him for a second opinion on a condition I was diagnosed with and he gave me some great advice. Not only is he a very intelligent doctor, but he has great bedside manners as well. He took the time to explain how each medication I've been taking works and ultimately recommended the medication that would work best for me.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new ophthalmologist

Dr. Haugen is a great doctor! He's very careful in his examination, taking the time to get it right. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly. I have high eye pressure and a family history of glaucoma, so he is building a history on me and I trust he is monitoring it closely and will prescribe at the appropriate time. His office has updated technology - if you're into that.

He's fun to talk to and really easy to have casual talk with during the appointment. He's efficient and always gives me enough time for a complete examination, but also leaving me enough time to get off to work. The staff there is also great. Couldn't recommend him enough!

The Northridge staff is excellent! They made sure to make my experience relaxing, easy going and made me confident throughout the whole cataract procedure. The results are amazing! Northridge Eye Care was recommended to my family and I would recommend it to yours!

I chose the Northridge Eye Care because of word of mouth recommendations. Many friends and co-workers told me of their excellent experiences. Also, I was told many times that the Northridge Eye Care was second to none. My cataract surgery results were amazing! My driving at night has improved, and the little things you take for granted when you see is amazing. For example, now I have no problem reading labels in the grocery store, reading road signs, going to the movies, etc. It was an awesome experience and I should have had it done years earlier. I also love the new building!

My family and I moved to Red Bluff 4 months ago so finding a new ophthalmologist , dentist, chiropractor, and family doctor was a daunting task. I went to Northridge Eye Care today because my neighbor spoke highly of them. I rated 5 stars because: 1. Great ambiance which makes you feel relaxed. 2. The employees were friendly and helpful. Answers many of my questions. 3. The doctor was thorough with my examinations and provided great feedback on my visual condition. What made me really happy was that they were patient and never once did I feel like I was being rushed out the door.

Amazing office! Amazing staff! Amazing owners! If you are looking for an office where you are treated like family, you have found it!!
