Provided by YP.comI am pleased with my experience at Hard Drive. After accidentally deleting some of my wife's photos from an external hard drive I was told that the chances of ever recovering them were slim. But Hard Drive was able to help recover them, so my wife ended up very happy.
Not only that but I mentioned that I was shopping for a new laptop. The owner provided me with information on what to look for in one that would fit my needs and told me to call him before I made a purchase so he could look at it. Now that is what I call customer service!

Provided by YP.comBeware, I called this company to help me free up some disc space on my server.
He never even addressed that issue, instead he convinced me I needed security
for my data and sold me on some hardware installations to "Lock down" my
network from virus's. I was convinced to pay him over $3500.00 up front, (my mistake),. He crashed my entire network. It took me over two weeks to just get back to where I was before he came along. Now I'm trying to get my money back and he is completely un responsive. I wouldn't recommend this company.
