Wyomissing Area School District operates two elementary schools and a junior-senior high school. The schools have a student strength of more than 1,900 students. The public schools offer educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The subjects offered include English, American history, computer science, mathematics, business, technology, social studies, science, health and physical education, music and art. The schools also offer a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, football, softball, basketball, volleyball, softball and soccer. The school district has a staff strength of more than 140 and is located in Wyomissing, Pa.
