This is the only convenient post office for us; has been since it was built. Clerks always know the cheapest way to ship; can even tell before weighing a package. Few people know anything about return receipt, tracking, certified mail, etc. They explain it thousands of times without belittling customers. I'm one of those people who they wait on, ask me to fill out my return receipt or whatever, and bring it back to the counter. Perhaps since I am always pleasant to them they respond in kind.

Being polite and Professional

I wasn't very pleased with the service due to the fact that I was standing in line to mail a package and a man came from the side of the line and decided to go in front of the whole line. There was 2 people in front of me and a least 4 in back of me. I expressed the rudeness of the man going in front of the line and the woman behind the counter made a comment to the other man behind the counter with her. The woman then said to me the man was already in the line and she had already waited on him and it's not rude. That if I'm not happy call to speak to the supervisor because she's says that's your policy. I just felt that's very rude that after your standing in a line for a bit someone can just leave the line be waited on and just jump right in front of the line again in front of everyone who has been waiting in line. If that's your policy then I fell that's not right to the people who have been waiting in the line. If that's your policy then there should be a sign so people know that a person who's already been in the line and left can just go back up in front of the line. I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last to complain about that policy!!! I also felt the man behind the counter wasn't very nice either. He was a bit sarcastic and if I have to come to a post office like that I rather go to another one somewhere else, The only reason I used that one was because I had to walk there and it's very close to my house other wise I would've went to another post office. Thank you for your time!!!!!
