My wife and I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Tom Masano used lot. The Salesman (Richard Nolt) was awesome. The Jeep needed the rear bumper repainted when they first got the car in. It was repainted, but had a large run in it. Then they repainted it a second time, but got over spray all over the black trim on the bumper and wheel wells. My wife's heart was set on the Jeep, so we purchased it anyway. I am completely unhappy with the quality of work the body shop did and the detail shop did. There was over spray on the rear passenger window and quarter panel that would have buffed out no problem...if they would have actually detailed it properly. Overall I wouldn't recommend this dealer to a friend, unless you want them to make a cars imperfections worse than when they touched it.
