Provided by YP.comI agree with Rebecca. The whole office is a salesroom from the minute you come in. First they give you a 10 page questionaire designed to illicit sales. Here is an example of one of their questions:"How long do you want to keep your teeth?" I mean really! Duh, until 2:00 today?
There is also a page where you must sign that you agree to any treatment they think is advisable!!!! Riiiiight just help yourself to my wallet.
