Still waiting on them to a part from 2 weeks ago and repair my washing machine. They have not returned my calls or made any contact with me. I bought the washing machine 2/2/16 from Hope Depot and B & L came out, not on the date that GE gave me but the next week after I called them. Then they said easy fix just had to order part and it should be here the end of the week that was 2 weeks ago and I have called them 2x's and left 2 messages and they still have not returned my call.
