Horribly unprofessional experience this morning. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I will drive to a further one. I asked for a piece of tape because I was dropping off a package for a customer of mine and the label was inside the package so it had to be opened. I didn't mention that I had a rather large and heavy package myself and was going to spend quite a bit of money there to send it. It was going to be my next thing to do. I picked up the package I had and left. I will never come back here again. This business should be put out of business. Seriously. Someone with no customer service skills shouldn't be allowed to work with customers. Period. Ever. I don't care if she is one of the owners or not. She was just an Nasty and rude and they lost my business. I'm taking my package to FedEx. They treat people right and go out of thier way to earn your business, not drive it away.

Peggy & Tom Sundquist are the owners of this store on Raytown Road. The wife, Peggy oversees this particular store and is very unprofessional to her customers and staff. Please refer to that stores reviews in what I say. Her attitude to her customers and particular staff of African American race shows that she doesn't trust them and talks to them in very disrespect. The husband is very aware of these problem at her store from compliments and reviews and still allows this to jeopardize their business. I am submitting a request to the Better Business Bureau and also to the Missouri State Human Relations Department for investigation because this should not be aloud in any business...
If there others who have had similar experiences at any of their store locations in Grandview or Raytown, MO please submit a review because your voices will be heard finally..

Wow, I came to make some copies and there was this young lady named Amanda came over to help me, and all of a sudden I hear this voice from the back call her back.... I was like I need help making copies and the Manger came to me and said in oder for her to assist me she will have to charge me a SERVICE CHARGE, ARE YOU SERIOUS..... I really wanted to go off on this lady, but why.... I TOLD everyone about my experience here SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND GO TO FEDEX. Amanda she is such a doll, I hope you find a better place Amanda. This lady should not be running a store period.

On my very first visit I was b...

On my very first visit I was blown away by the customer service I received. The store owner was able to come up with a alternative shipping solution to save me a TON of money when shipping my products. She literally saved me hundreds on my first visit! Needless to say, months later I still am very satisfied with every employee and every visit since. Highly recommended!

I spent $32 to send and receiv...

I spent $32 to send and receive important documents. I was advised that the return shipment would come to their store and they would call me. They claimed that this was better than the UPS driver being unable to deliver if I wasn't home. They said they would call me immediately when the package came in. Note that the first thing that happens when you go into their store is that you're asked for your phone number. They've never had a problem pulling up my phone number. After 7 days, I was concerned that I hadn't received a call from them. I went online to UPS.com to track my packages. My package had been sitting at the UPS store for 5 days! The company I was sending my package to received it the next day - sent it out that SAME day - and SAT at the UPS store for 5 days! The UPS store claimed they called me and got someone who didn't speak English. The employee/owner (?) then read my phone number back to me, making an obvious pause at the last number - that she read incorrectly. Word of advice - it you're not sure which number is wrong, don't pause before it - LIAR! I went in to pick up my package immediately - told her I didn't believe her story of having an incorrect phone number and that her behavior and service was inappropriate. I was offered no full or partial refund, even though for the time it took to receive them, I could have sent them through the mail for 88 cents! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I know i won't!

I am very sorry this customer provided us with an inaccurate phone number. Unfortunately, we could not contact them. I am very happy the customer called in and was able to pick up the package!
