This thrift store is way too expensive! the owner has already lost 5 of the same stores, i wo nder why. the rude short old lady that works there is crazy she needs to be put in a old folks home. Her name is Connie. She is the one that prices the items at both 2 stores, the other store is on 40 hiway in Independence, Mo.

I'd give this place zero stars if it were an option. It used to be one of my favorite places to shop and donate unfortunately I will no longer be a supporter. I took a cart of clothes and household items to donate and as soon as I walked in the door, a lady walks up, gives me and the cart a glance and says we don't want any of it. One of the items needed repair, something I thought people liked doing when they buy things AT A THRIFT STORE. I was stunned. I asked her why she wouldn't even bother looking at the clothes...she just kept repeating herself and looking at her cell phone. I have never encountered her there before...maybe she's new? Short, husky, old lady with brown hair and incredibly rude. Lately their prices have gone up so much you might as well shop new anyway.

Love this place and love the people. They have fantastic sales with lots of treasure to discover.

sales personel are holding back certain items in the back room to make money for themselves, pricing is outragous, store will go out of business unless they change their sales people and their high prices!
