I am a mother who is fighting for the safety of my family and home.The home next to me that has Low-E reflective windows is melting my siding and hurting my children by making their rooms extremely hot.The heat being reflected back from these windows is like a magnifying glass and hitting my house at well over 150 degrees.My children suffer headaches and nosebleeds.The house with the Low-E windows next to me being sold was in foreclosure so I had to wait for someone to buy it to see if the problem would be fixed. A multi million dollar realtor company bought it to flip it. I contacted them before the house went on the market and asked them to fix it (it would have only cost a couple hundred dollars) but they didn't. I put up a sign so the buyers would know what they were buying into and these realtors parked their truck in front of my home to block the sign and buyers and parked buyers at the end of the street so again the buyers wouldn't see the sign or my damaged house-I have proof-plate #, address and witnesses.These realtors didn't disclose. They weren't looking out for anyone's interest except their own.They covered up and hid information that the buyers should have been told but they didn't tell them because they didn't want to lose money but by not telling them-and they didn't because the new owners told me-they put their clients in danger. My house is 100 years old and the old dried wood that was once protected by vinyl that is now melted and is now exposed to the intense heat from these windows (like a magnifying glass) will end up catching fire. My grass on that side of my house gets toasted every summer and eventually the old exposed wood on my house will call it quits and ignite putting the new home owners , my family and the neighborhood in imminent danger-the houses are close together.This is a human interest story that involves rich realtors, children that can't stand to be in their own bedrooms, a father who is elderly with multiple health problems and a mother who is just trying to keep her family safe. It wont end here either-all the new houses being built for the last few years are being built with Low-E windows so there will be a lot more people in my situation with realtors that ignore an obvious problem and unethically use tactics to cover it up.My family is being sued by a million dollar realtor company and my family is living on my husbands social security and when we go to court the victor will be the one with the most money and they will take away our future and that of my children.I am just a mom
