Well I had a much different experience than you did. I am very sorry to hear this happened to you! I was referred to them by my landlord/neighbor. He had used them before for the house I was renting and his own home. We were buying the house and one of the requirements that the city has you follow is getting the septic tank pumped out every 3 years. So I called these people up and they set an appointment for the next day and even gave me the cell number of the guy that was going to do the job. He arrived on the day and time that he said he would. He was friendly and he immediately got to work. He was professional and he completed the job in a timely manner. The price of the job was also a pretty good deal it was cheaper than some of the plumbing companies I had called before I hired these people. I also bought the house and land next door to me. Two years after having Carriere's Construction pump out my septic tank I called the number I still had in my phone of the actual guy that came out to my house, to come and pump out the tank of this other house I now own. He was still very friendly and he remembered exactly who I was! He made the appointment for two days from the day I called him. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone looking for a septic tank pump out!!
