Excellent, I went in to pick up my son's suit for college graduation and the lady said she had a tie for us also. I was a little confused because my wife was the one that brought his suit to be cleaned. It was my tie that my wife took in 5 months ago that we forgot to pick up.

Called for advice on cleaning couch cushion. Lady who answered phone was very short and rude and not informative at all. Told me to call an upholstery cleaner. After the call, I thought about her answer and thought maybe she misunderstood so I called her back and said "you know I mean the foam inside... not the upholstery covering? Can I put it in a dryer?" Again, very abrupt with me and told me to call a laundromat. I said "this is your business. I thought you would have more knowledge and you're kind of rude." She said "no I'm not." Ummm, yea, you are lady. Rudeness is the opinion of the person on the receiving end! She was rude, not helpful, not knowledgeable of the business at all, giving no suggestions other than to call someone else.

My best friend took her expensive winter wool coat there and she says they lost it! She's really upset. Apparently, they would not let her speak to management and offered her less than half the coat was worth. I think someone there took it. Don't take your clothes here unless you want them to turn up missing and then have management ignore you.
