Cierra Environmental and Consulting, Inc. has been in business for 11 years and has repeat business from nationally recognized clients such as banks, mortgage lenders, property management companies, and realtors. The majority of our business from indoor air quality inspections, and remediation's for both Residential and REO Foreclosed residential properties with mold, or other biohazards present. Due to having less overhead then National Restoration Franchises we can usually provide out of State services for costs less than some local Franchised Corporations. Due to our consistent attention to detail, customer satisfaction, thoroughness, report quality, and common sense approach to addressing the source of a problem, our national clients prefer Cierra Environmental's standardized reports, testing, and photos. Therefore when those types of services are needed in a remote area of any state, and in particular if the property is of high value to our clients, they frequently request Cierra Environmental provide the initial testing and detailed scope of work.

If you are looking for honesty, thoroughness and a hard working company who is on your side, then Cierra is the company for you. Andy has gone above and beyond my expectations by giving me detailed information and recommendations for my mold issues which were a result of a poor roofing job I had done. I would highly recommend this company for the services and expertise they offer. Thank you for all your knowledge and support!
