I took 2 of my pets here including my cat who only needed a bath and her nails clipped. When I picked my animals up my cat was already in her cat carrier so I did not see her till I got her home. When I first let her out of her carrier she was limping. I looked at all of her paws and legs and cannot find out what is hurting her but days later it is obvious that she is still feeling the pain. Shortly after I noticed the limp I found a large bald spot and gash on the top of her head. I know that this cut was not there before and when I called and told the groomers about it they wouldn't even apoligize for abusing my kitty. I would never trust any animal with these people! Who knows what they do to the animals while they are there. All my cat needed was a bath and she came home limping and bleeding.
