So generally when you call in a order they make it right. I guess not at the Rapid City SD Texas Roadhouse. Called in at 706pm with my order of two steaks and side. Nothing complicated. Ok 15-20 mins. Walk in and the girl at the counter looks lost. Probably or a good sign. After waiting for about 5 mins for them how to seat people someone asks can the help me. Yep to go order. Give her my name. She runs to the back comes back says it’s ready they are just bagging up. Comes back a few mins later and asks me if I wanted to review the order. Yep. Bread, check Caesar salad. Nope. That’s not my order. Ask again for name. Ah we don’t have anything under that name. Thanks for nothing Roadhouse appreciate waiting my time.

The service is regularly great as well as the food with an atmosphere to match.

Don't waste your time, we had very terrible service. I called ahead so we got seated within 5 minutes of getting there (that was the best service we had at this location.) We got seated, we ordered waters to drink with myself ordering a margarita, after 45 minutes of waiting for my drink, I finally caught up to the waitress and cancelled my drink order, within 2 minutes I had a margarita. Another 15 minutes later, I finally had my salad! We arrived there at 7:05 and left right after we ate, which was 8:45!!! When we finally got our food, it was very obvious that our food was microwaved. Tables of people came after us and had gotten their food and were gone before we even had our food. We all ordered a chopped sirloin steaks with baked potatoes, how easy was that? The food was better cold the next day then when it was first served!

the girls at the desk are RUDE. Food was great and so was our waitress. If you can get past the girls in front it is best.

Well Not to be to harsh but our service was really sub par. It took 10 minutes to get a refill after our waiter took the glass. And on four seperate occasions they tried to bring us someone elses meal. Additionaly people who were sat 15-20 minutes after us recieved there food before we did. When we did get our meal the steak was very dry and chewy, and overcooked from what I had ordered. I called to complain last week and still have yet to get a response from management. I won't mention the blatent food safty issues I noticed.I am being generous with my rating.
