J. Scull Construction is a complete general construction contractor with construction management, design/build and bid-build services. Large or small, we can take your project from concept to completion. J. Scull Construction can perform up 60 percent of your construction needs in-house. Our design team includes an architect, draftsperson, estimator, and project manager. With our sister company, Site Work Specialists, we handle site development and utilities, roads, and site concrete. Our field staff consists of professional concrete crews, carpenters, sheet rockers, steel building crews, steel siding and roofing crews, acoustical ceiling crews, millwork and trim carpenters, and tile setters. Our pre-construction services include evaluating the constructability of the project, reviewing the project for potential value engineering options, as well as cost estimating and scheduling prior to the execution of a contract. We can then provide or oversee architectural services and work to maximize available infrastructure to allow for the future. As Construction Manager, we procure the subcontractors, materials, permits, and labor to complete the project. We have the necessary contacts and experience to meet the specialized demands of tribal and governmental projects. From planning to ground breaking to occupancy to warranty, our goal is always to exceed our customer's expectations.
