The communication was great when I had my estimate done. It was reassuring. Then I called a month later to see when I could get my truck in to get the hail damage fixed. She said it would be about 3-5 months. Possibly even later, like the end of April but they would call me to set up the time no later then April 20, 2014. Today I called them (April 25, 2014) I talked to their scheduler. She stated they can get me in around December of 2014. I will never speak kind words of Roys auto body. I will personally tell people to go else where. They dont deserve anyones business.

They communicated well and were upfront and honest. I paid the bill and left. But they subsequently realized they had overcharged me because they didn't use a couple of parts and they called me back and wrote me a check for the difference. I would have never known. Excellent honesty.

No complaints. Brought it in for body damage from being backed into. Can't even tell there had been damage or work done. The only thing that made the process slow was waiting for the parts to come in. They will contact you right away if there is an issue. We are planning to use them again for new damage.

Took my pick up to get hail fixed on it on a monday they said give us a week and itll be done....so week later call them and they said they are just gettin to it give us a call in a few days should be done....three days go by i call they say "oh its justgoing in to get primer" "call back on friday"....call back friday after noon "oh we arejust gettin it primed its in right now" so i drive in on the next monday its sittin out back with some body work done to it no primer....so no its three weeks in and it friday hope i get it back today...they said "its done and ready to pick up at noon"

When I first went to Roy's I thought they were very friendly and it was going to be a great place to get my hail damage repaired..but then, after they assessed my damages, took a copy of my insurance quote, and promised "they'd call" to set up a time for me to drop off my car, they lost ALL of my information. Not only would they not give me a date in which my car would be fixed, but they had no record of me ever being there and by that point couldn't get me in until months later. Never did they say sorry! Customer service at this place is a joke.

I took my jeep to roys to have my tailgate replaced. They quotes me less than a week, and after not being able to get their distributor to ship it without breaking it. I got it back in two weeks. The work looks good, but I'm iritated that it took almost 3x longer.

Roy does the best body work you can get. I have gone to his shop not many of times, and even after a different body shop repaired my Camaro poorly. Roy was able to fix there mess up and getting my car looking brand new again.I just got my mustang back from him from being backed in to, and if you look at my car you can not tell it ever happened. I will not go to any other shop but Roy's to get my car fixed.
