Provided by YP.comI have tried twice to make contact and make an appointment ,I have explained that I am hearing impaired and need to speak with a person not the automated set up, I was ignored both times and transferred to an automated system which does not allow enough time for me to read and reply or select what I need. It is a shame that they actually pay people to not answer the phones and get the patients into the system, it seems to me there is a big waste of money even opening the doors and calling it a business, if this is the best service they can offer then they need to close the doors and go home.
