The water company in Rapid City is ruthless! I had a water leak in my crawl space that wasn't noticed. It ended up being the meter, therefore the water departments error. They only deducted 200 or so from a $600 bill. This put me way behind. Now since I haven't paid $81 on top of my normal bill they shut off my water! What makes these people think we all have extra money just sitting around? I've paid what I can afford but they want what they want, when they want it!! Heartless, greedy people!
