Nice store, quality service but you need a drop box to return movies

I have been going to this store for 3 years now, I am a student at the School of Mines. I have always liked the store. But there is one employee that I seem to get everytime, and she is always super rude. I'd been going there 2 years before she started and always had nice employees. She was even rude the first time I met her when she had first started. I am there every week at least once and way more than that during the school year. I was there tonight and had her again, and I heard her being rude to another customer, so at least I know its not just me. Tonight some sweet older guy asked, "Well did you watch this movie, did you like it?" her reply "Well just because I liked it doesn't mean you will." maybe its just me, but I guess I'd go about that different. So if possible, avoid the older dark haired skinny lady! You're experience will be pleasant!

My personal experience has always been good, the employees are always very polite and helpful!!
