i work for the rstlaw enforcement at the jdc and i been with them for 3 years and last year i was detailed to the adult detention services and recently i was certified as a juvenile detention officer and am adult certified in Jan 2001 from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artisa, NM. recently i have been harrassed by the patrol man of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. first of all there were complaints of me working too close with the inmates and that i let a male with a high bond have a "contact visit" with his child and girlfriend. but that was ordered by detention supervisor and i had to follow his orders. Next, a young male escaped from me right when i brought him back from IHS ER and the cops told my detention supervisor that i did not shackle this male and i did shackle him and in fact i had the male detention officer shackle him. the cops that were on duty and had to search for the escapee were saying that i let him escape and that i didn't have shackles and that this male
