They sent a guy out to get our pilot light fixed on our water heater. He was here for 15 minutes ran a brush over a section of the water heater and left. The pilot light went out within 20 minutes. We had to call Action Mechanical to replace parts on the water heater. The guy they sent even said that part needed replacing, yet he didn't do it.

Great, Friendly Service. These guys know their stuff about furnaces. They returned my phone calls very quickly. They gave me advice over the phone & got my furnace going fast.

i have used K & D for all my appliance repair and they are first rate. They have repaired my gas log fireplace, washer, dryer and stove. Their repairman are very nice and they show up on time or call if they are running late. I highly recommend K&D.
