Provided by Doctor.comHe and the nurses do a great job making my children feel comfortable. They explain what they are doing to the child and not just the parent. They answer any questions I have and refer me to other health care providers if needed. Ps the fact that they have a train in the waiting room is a plus and my children know they will get a treat for being brave.
