We need to find out who the owner of Storage Depot is in Rapid City SD. The manager is horrible at responding to anyone. She said she had a larger unit for us that we had been waiting for and had us again fill out paperwork to upgrade our storage unit. After many many emails and messages plus MANY phone calls leaving messages & more...it's been 7+ weeks waiting....no response. We've been wanting to cancel the storage unit we have now with Storage Depot due to no help AT ALL but can not get anyone to respond. The manager is on FB often we see but will not respond back at all. We are done with Storage Depot this is crazy. We've heard many many people have had problems and would love to talk to the owner. After 7+ weeks with no phone call back to terminate our storage unit we do have with them...we ARE DONE and no longer will be renting from them EVER again. DO NOT take any more payments off BayLee Rodd's credit card EVER!
