Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. A bunch of teenagers, I assume, who have a lot to learn about not snapping at a customer. Standing around not being helpful and interrupting every word I spoke.
We bought a pair of shoes. The plastic piece broke off before the shoes were worn. I asked many times to just replace the shoe lace but was told that was not possible. Do not plan to go back. Trenton, the manager, should be ashamed of himself and his actions. An easy fix on a $115 pair of child's shoes, was all I asked.
