LAME. Now I know why my insurance premiums keep rising and where they have been going, to people like these guys!! Oh wow - I see the appeal although all I needed was a quick check - their inexperience really shone bright and was utterly unimpressed. Nice business idea to whomever, but VERY unauthentic. : /

The staff at Black Hills Urgent Care were WONDERFUL from the minute we were greeted at the door. The waiting area for children made a pleasant distraction for my 3 year old grandson who had a horrible ear ache, on a Sunday morning. The nurse and Doctor were kind and attentive to their young patient. The wait time was about 5 minutes, unheard of anywhere else in town! I will recommend your establishment to all of my friends and family! Thank You for raising the bar in urgent care in Rapid City!

AWESOME!! I went here after injuring my ankle. I was in a lot of pain. The staff was so nice and caring in every way possible. They very quickly got me into a room and I was seen immediately. I was in and out in less time than I have ever spent in a clinic before and I even had x-rays done. The facility was very clean and all the staff were very knowledgeable. When I was ready to leave, the doctor, not a nurse, the actual doctor who saw me, wheeled me out to my vehicle in a wheel chair and helped me into my vehicle. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!!

Went to Urgent Care in November due to severe illness...temp of 104+ , body aches and severe headache,which I had been dealing with for a few days.The doctor diagnosed sinus infection. I have had acute sinus infection before and this illness was NOT that.I then went to another Doctor and was diagnosed with influenza,which had turned to Pneumonia by then. So, 200 dollars later,misdiagnosed,and very ill. Will never go to Urgent Care in Baken Park again

Not only was I seen immediately on a holiday and a Monday but the staff was friendly and the doctor was great. She listened to all of my concerns and symptoms and was more than willing to answer questions. Beautiful facility and I will definitely go there again.
