Every time I call the people are always helpful. Year after year I get a summary of my policy. I've been paid up for 12 or 13 years and peace of mind is a great thing to have.

Why do I have a withdrawal on my bank account from you? I'm not aware of ever having heard of your company. Are you connected to someone who has access to my account? Why did I have to call my bank to get your phone number?
