Water heater went out on Sunday. Went to AAA on Monday and they were there on Tuesday and I had hot water just after noon.

I understand it's Christmas da...

I understand it's Christmas day and you want your employees to be with there family on this day. You should at least have your answering service tell the caller you are only servicing customers that have done business with you before on this day and not make them wait 2 hours for a call back to find out. I have not needed a plumber in the 1 year I have lived here and just bought this house 3 months ago. You are providing a service that envolves high quality. You could and should of done better. You will not be doing any of my work.

Don't Get AAA Plumbing

Awful customer service. Didn't show up when they were supposed to. Over charged for horrible work. Didn't clean up after job.
