Unfortunately I am an unlucky one that did not recieve any kind of "professional" treatment from A&A. They avoid admitting their negligence, avoid talking to me as a tenant even when I had concerns about mold in my apartment, and have recently threatened me with a harassment lawsuit because I am doing as I was told by A&A (which was "please feel free to reach out if you have any questions").

Steer clear from this "business". They do not read/proof their leases or emails, they do not check in with tenants after repairs (negligence), they talk down to their customers, and will tell you "communication is key" and avoid you like the plague if you are trying to protect yourself as a tenant/human being.

I have been renting from this company for two years. Our rental may not be the nicest or biggest, but it fit in our budget. I can and the same day within the hour they have someone over to fix the issue. The ladies are always sweet when we come in to pay. Truly, if you are a good tenant they are a good rental company.

A&A Property has helped me grow. I got the chance to prove to them that I would be responsible. I have been with them for years... thank u for believing in me and also when I needed them to hear me out they helped greatly.... love my place. thanks again.

Don't understand all the hate here, the ladies at A & A have been nothing but nice to me. I have a decent place, and I got it super quick with no hassle.

Highly recommend! Prompt in getting any issues resolved. Five stars for professionalism, expertise and everything else!

My experience with this particular rental company has been horrible. Upon moving in 4 years ago the home had not been cleaned garbage everywhere, carpets matted never updated, furniture left behind. Gnats everywhere and when we called about them we were told we brought them with. Trees growing out of the foundation of the house we were told the previous tenants like the overgrown look. We had a huge winter storm 3 years ago that had large tree limbs hanging over our home, driveway, yard and never got cut down until this year 2017. HUGE DEADLY HAZARD!!! Especiallyy in windy SD! The fuses in this house blow every morning at breakfast when more than one outlet is used. We were told to just keep resetting the box. Nothing has been updated or fixed. When you call the office they will 1.) not answer or 2.) tell you to write a formal letter and send it in and once they aren't so short staffed they will fix. Again 4 years.... after 2 years of already living here they decided to fix the broken dishwasher and outdated sink. Then it took them 2 years to fix the floresant bulbs in the overhead light located in the kitchen ( we used a lamp light for dinner).. There is also plywood showing on one side of the house they never cared to put drywall on since we moved in. They also raised the base rent up 25.00 while residing here. There is STILL a hole in the bathroom ceiling where a fan belongs?! We also did a walk through and notated all that was wrong with the house prior to moving in so we wouldn't get blamed for anything when we did decide to move out since the house was in such poor shape. Mary the owner called us and was angry that we would even put something together to cover or bases as tenants! They are money hungry slum lords. Rent at own risk! we had the misfortune of renting from them in 2011. Very polite for the first phone call; sent application fee and deposit from out of state using over night mail. They had the audacity to call the next day DEMANDING their money that they knew was sent less than 15 hours ago. It only gets worse. Less than a month moving in the front door breaks, and we were told that they would not have anyone come out and fix it for 3 days and then informed us that despite the contract, they do not do any repairs that cost less than $100. they refuse to fix anything, the 20 year old refrigerator refused to close because the hinges were bad, and they sent a repair man out to fix it. He actually put a plastic child safety lock on the refrigerator. read that again. He put a child safety lock on the fridge. the handyman who delivered the new fridge a month later was actually surprised we were still living there. The office "help" seems to go out of their way to be rude to customers and they refuse to fix anything without at least 3 dozen phone calls. The owners don't care what happens as long as they get paid so forget about repairs and upkeep. Save your time and your money and rent from somewhere else.

We were also told we had to put the deposit down before we were even allowed to read the contract and wouldn't get any of the money back if we disagreed with it and didn't want to sign it. The whole experience just seemed shady and after the initial interactions we knew we didn't want to work with them in the future. Maybe they deal better with the property owners, but as a renter it was terrible.

We rented a house from them for 4 years. I had absolutely no problems. I am actually surprised to read some of these negative comments. I found them easy to work with, great about repairs, and fair when we moved. We are in the process of moving back to RC and will go through them again!

These people have the nerve to call themselves property managers. All they manage do is collect your money. Somehing breaks you let them know they tell you its on the repair list, a year goes by and they swear they had it fixed because they have a bill from the repair people. But has it ever been paid and do the repair people do anymore work for them? NO WAY Can't even keep good records. You ask for an accounting an it isn't even close to the records you kept yourself. Dates don't ever match with your actual check.Run fast an hard in the opposite direction for a good deal on a rental property in this area. Learned a valuable leason.

I reported that my smoke alarm was broken with cut wires...alls they did was get a new smoke alarm who nows I will probly get charged for that and the window screen that was stolen which is really messed up! People do not rent from them they suck! I would hate for you to have to find out for urself like I did. Even if it is ur last resort DON'T DO IT! U will regret it!

I've lived under a&a for justba few months and I'm already sick of it! I can't believe they allow a place like them to run! I curtainly would not allow it! Ceilings had cob webs everywhere, dripping water 24 7! Loud people living around in the same place. They say they don't allow smoking well everytime I turn my vent on that's all I smell it makes me sick! They weren't very happy wen I turned my sheet in reporting all the things that was wrong with the place. I guess maybe they should do it all right the first time! I can not wait to move out! I will NEVER RENT ANYTHING UNDER A&a EVER AGAIN! Idk how they call themselves professional. Seriously!
