I went to their Marshfield location to purchase windshield wipers. It was misting rain very lightly at the time. I asked if they would help me install the wipers. I was told that because of the rain, remember it was misting very lightly, they would not, but that the wipers were easy to install. I was unable to install the wipers, brought them back into the store, ask for a refund so I could get the wipers someplace were I could get some assistance. Got my money back and left. There was no one else in the store at the time, in fact there were 3 employees standing around doing nothing! NICE SERVICE BAGNELLS!!!!
