I visited Pure Beauty Skin Center in Rancho Santa Margarita to receive an IPL to remove pigmentation. I signed up for four treatments. On fourth treatment, my face became far worse. I then visited another skin center for another opinion. I was told that I had developed "PIH" a post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation as a result of an overly aggressive IPL. I went back to Pure Beauty to show my face and asked for help fixing the problem. The directors, Balvina and Magid said they would make no effort to help repair my face. I then suggested that Pure Beauty to repair the damage caused by the procedure using the EMatrix laser, Fraxel treatment, bleaching cream, or some other treatment to reverse the effects of the PIH at no charge. Again, they said they would not help. Be very careful when visiting this treatment center as your face could be damaged and they will not help you in any way. This is the worst skin care clinic they don't care about people they only care about the money.
