ears full of water

We took our Corgi in to PetsMart RSM for grooming and told the lady who took him in that they had previously left water in his ears and she assured me they would put cotton in his ears to keep the water out. However, when I picked him up and brought him home, he had water in the ears. The poor animal just suffers for two to three days with the water in his ears constantly shaking his head as hard as he can, and he comes over to me and lays his head in my hands like he thinks there should be something I couls do to help him. I don't know of anything that I can do that long after his bath. We have taken this dog to other PetsMarts in Orange County and they did no have this problem. Maybe RSM groomers should spend some time in other stores where they don't have this problem and learn how to protect our dog. I hate to see any dog suffer from something humans do to them.

Grooming...

I have a small dog who weighs about 8 pounds, I took him to the RSM petsmart for grooming. One of the groomers called and said the dog bit her and she was unable to wash him. He's not very big and his bark is much worst than his bite, regardless I came and got him. I got him groomed at Petco instead and told them about the incident, they had no problems with him and said he was so sweet. So I guess my dog just didn't like the groomer...

Pet Paradise

The RSM PetSmart is simply huge with a tremendous selection of items for your pet. I especially like this store because I adopted one of my cats here (who turned out to be the sweetest and most affectionate pet ever). They have an in-store rescue group adoption center with many wonderful cats and kittens who need new homes. The PetSmart grooming center is also fantastic. I have a German Shepherd mix who doesn't care much for bath time, but they always take excellent care of him and show a lot of patience and love when grooming him. You can just tell that they are really passionate about animals. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly and the service is excellent.
