I was not really sure that I was able to be able to afford a home in Southern California. After sitting down with a representitive I realized that home ownership was possible. Not only did my wife and I realize that owning a home was a reality, we did not have to settle for less than our expectations. I now own my first home in Southern California and New Vision used their experience and knowledge to be able to break down every step of the way. They don't tell you the can do something unless they really can. I was in doubt at first but with in days we were making moving plans and planning how we were setting up our home. Not just a home but brand new home that has never been lived in. If you are looking for a relationship with a real estate/mortgage company that is understanding and helps break down how the market really works new vision is definately the way to go!!!!!

I worked with a lot of REALTORS, and New Vision was the most personable with me. I did not feel pressured to buy. My representative knew about the loan process and helped me pick a mortgage that I was comfortable with. I highly reccomend working with them, because they made my first homebuying process easy!
