I have been processing for 5 years, have a notary public license, and completed a course at the American School of Mortgage Bankers in Conventional Underwriting. I also have DU & LP experience, have worked on loans nationwide, processed a pipeline of up to 40 loans on my own, and am familiar with A paper AND subprime guidelines.
