Provided by SuperpagesOffice staff fails to answer messages. This is an on-going problem. We like Dr. Mann but her staff needs some direction.

Provided by SuperpagesDr. Mann is clinically efficient but lacking in warmth. She listens well and gives sufficient time to each patient. However, doctor slow in returning messages from pharmacies, needing prompting from patient. Office staff do not answer phones for questions needing answers. Must leave a message. Not always possible. Patients don't have to wait long--a plus.
