Dr. Milligan has always done great work on my delicate skin. There's never any scarring and he's always provided the best of care over the years. Five stars!

Dr. Milligan and his assistants have been super helpful over the years. I've been seeing him for over a decade now, and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. I feel he's always been very knowledgeable, courteous, always takes his time to sit down and explain things whenever necessary. He truly is a wonderful dermatologist.
