I was told by my ex boss (who owns a business that takes photographs in sports and schools) to write a review and lie about this company. I wouldn't do it and he fired me. It's unfortunate to see how low someone will stoop to protect their own interests. As far as I know, Studio 1 does high quality work and delivers on everything they promise. My ex boss was infuriated when they solicited several accounts away from him. When asked why he simply replied "I won't let them get away with this and I will get back at them!". It was at this time that he asked a few select employees to write these reviews. A few did comply as they couldn't afford to lose their jobs. I was not one of them.

I have no interest in this review other than telling the truth. With over 20 years as a photographer, I have seen it all but nothing compares to this!

Studio 1 didn't deliver what they promised. After reading some of the other reviews it seems like that is pretty common. Promised the world to get our business and didn't come deliver for our league. Picture day was a disaster from the minute we started. As soon as we agreed to use them they started changing their story and saying they forgot what they promised. Pictures were horrible quality and so was the service. I will never use them again.

We were totally unhappy with Studio 1 in Rancho Cucamonga! They lied to our league, told us they would give us a bunch of free stuff then never did. They said they forgot. They seemed really unorganized. My pictures sucked, way too bright and not focused. My whole team was mad and I know I heard a ton of other mad parents who didn't get their pictures or that were messed up.
