Rocky's gave an estimate for my car through the insurance company. Unfortunately, they did not open on Saturdays, so I had to take the day off from work on Friday to have the car worked on. They gave me a hard time getting a Friday appointment too. When I got there they said they had to order the part. I got very upset and told them that's the reason for the appointment and that's why I took the day off. The worst part was that they said I could leave the car until the part comes in but they would have to charge me a holding fee. I was furious. This place SUCKS!!!!!
