Seven years and going strong, I usually ask R&D to do the spray around April, but I am behind the schedule a bit. Awesome service and team.

Everyone on the team were great, from Gil at the front office to manager Mike. Daniel was especially committed and nice. They helped us solve our rare problem with outdoor fleas. They showed patience and were communicative throughout the process.

R&D Pest Services has been taking care of the ants at my house for 6 to 7 years now. We use to have them in our bathrooms, kitchens, in the cerial containers, in the baby food.... can't tell you how much food we had thrown away becasue of our ant problem. We contacted R&D pest Services about 7 years ago and have not seen a single ant inside our home since. I know they are around because when ever we walk around the neighborhood they are everywhere (but not in the house anymore). Even some of the neighbors are using them now.

Great Company! Super friendly and does great service! Highly Recommend. They communicate great, always call the day before to let us know they are coming out so we can leave the gate unlocked. Have had them for close to a year now!

Paul from R&D Pest services is awesome. Excellent and high quality service. He is always accommodating regarding my busy schedule and is always available at a moments notice. When I noticed I had an ant problem inside the house. He showed up the very next morning. I trust him and I know I can count on him. I would highly recommend Paul to everyone for any and all of your pest services. He deserves a raise!

Professional, courteous and prompt is how I would describe R&D. I moved into a home that had Spider and ant problem that they have eradicated, now my we can enjoy our backyard without the bugs. I highly recommend them.

I had the typical signs of rodent activities with droppings and chewed insulation covers and decided to call the professionals before things get worse. R&D Pest inspector was very knowledgeable and walked me around my house to educate me on rodent habits and preventative measures. The inspector found and patched an opening up in my attic that could had been the entry of these rodents.
Very good company! 5 stars.

The bugs were out of control!! Called R&D and had Mike out by the end of the week. Professional and knowledgeable. Office staff great as well.

We had an ant problem for years every summer and finally got tired of it. After not getting anyone to return our calls, we called R&D and got an immediate response. Manny came out the same day and sprayed all around the house. We haven't had a program since!

Paul was so helpful and responsive. He answered all my questions and was very easy to talk too. He took care of our ant problem and told us we could call anytime if we had a problem. I appreciated how responsive R&D Pest Services were to us.

There was a bee net on the top of the roof outside the house. Paul came over one time, all the bees were gone. Paul is very professional. I am very happy with the result, highly recommended this company.

I interviewed several other businesses before I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and extensive knowledge of R&D Pest Services. Mike spoke to me on the phone and explained everything to me before coming to my home. At my home, he was able to locate the ant nests without needing to heavily spray everything, which is what the other companies were pressuring me to do. I had been infested with ants inside my house for 3 months and nothing worked until R&D. One visit and the ants never came back. It was really hard to believe. I waited two months before writing a review because I was convinced they would come back! But they didn't! Can't recommend this company enough.

Three months into service and I have not see ants on the property. Very nice people to talk to. We used to have a summer of ants but since July I have been much more relaxed not seeing ants.

We were referred by a coworker and a little reluctant to call at first but desperate. Made an appointment for our ant problem, technician arrive right at the time of appointment time. We are going on 5 days since the first service was provided indoor and out. We were advised that we would see a change withing 24 hours and we sure did. So far we are extremely please and thankful to get rid of our little ant friends.
We will definitely refer R & D to others, if needed or ask.

We have never had a pest problem before so this was all new to us we had German Roaches and seriously had the best experience ever Paul was so nice and patient with us he came back twice after our original service to spray some more because we were still seeing activity and was always so professional the ladies at the office were also very kind and helpful I highly recommend R&D pest services their prices were also great compared to other companies I called if I ever need pest services again I won’t look elsewhere!

Mike and his team will get the job done. Mike the GM was quick to return my call and schedule an appointment to spray our new home. He pointed out thing I did not even know about and recommended glue traps for the garages. He noted that we had fire ants and showed me where they were. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. No contracts required! Other companies require year contracts and if you are not happy with them you are stuck! Call Mike and his team!
