Do not make the mistake of giving this man, Gerrod Knight (owner) your business. I gave him a deposit of $3,000, it's been over 5 months and I still do not have my blinds. Mr. Knight broke his promise to have the shutter's installed more than 2 times now. He doesn't answer my calls and refuses to return my deposit. This is border line robbery. I will definitely be taking Knight Xpress to court for damages. Take my word and DO NOT let this man take advantage of you!

I ordered my window treatment from this company Knights Xpress Blinds and shutters, BIG BIG MISTAKE. After getting our 50% deposit and the promise that the order will be ready in 4-6 weeks he did not install after 3 months. In fact he didn't do the installation at all. he is just an order taker for an equally rude manufacturer supplier. (Shutters to Go). Anyway, after constant follow up and phone calls we finally had our wondow treatments after 3 long months. The quality is very poor. Cracks and low quality materials were obviously used. Do not order fromt his persom. He will take your order and give you the run around. He doesn't answer his phone and doesn't return your calls. A one-star rating for this company is even generous. TO NEW HOMEOWNERS in the EASTVALE area be very very aware this guy operates mostly in this area. Stay away from him! You can do yourself a big favor by researching for reviews on this company.

No customer service at all, and very unprofessional. Rod, this business' owner is not a good person to deal with. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed an order for wood shutters with Rod Knight. When I placed the order with him, he showed me very good quality of wood for the shutters. However, the ones installed at my house were not even close to the ones that he showed me. There were cracks in ALL the shutters. Apparently, Rod subcontracted with Shutters to Go who installed the shutters at my house. The owner of Shutters to Go is RUDE and MEAN. Rod did not even offer to have the shutters repaired or rectify the problem. After my sisters saw the job done at my house, they no longer wanted to have this company install the shutters at their houses. Surprise! Surprise!

I had very bad experience with this company. Rod has came in my house and introduced himself as a representative for the Knight express blinds & shuttle, he spoke very professionally just to get us sign the contract with him. As he promised in the contract that the services will be done within 5 to 6 weeks. However, it has been more than two months, there nothing have been done and he was never contact me regarding the progress. I have called him several times, and he tried to avoid my phone called. I deposited $1500 and would like to cancel the contract since he has revoked the contract with me. He denied to cancel it and told me not to call or bother him again. Rod is not professional and try to run away from me. I am totally think this is not even an legally business. So, to all of the customers that consider having the service from him, please think 100 times before you do so.
