I wont be going back here ever again! The elderly couple that work there are Very Unprofessional.
The contact number posted on the wall is a Joke, probably covering up a stain, because Ive called and left messages since late Oct. 2014. Tom Lewis has yet to find the time to return 1 of my calls.
This place is creepy! The woman changed the setting on our large wash load from COLD (where my teenage daughter was instructed by me to set it) to HOT!!! She had already given us her unsolicited wash temperature advice. so, we put our belongings in our vehicle she was all of a sudden right where we just were. I didn't realize what she was doing until it was over. I had a RED set of bed linens along with a thick WHITE mattress cover. This was the second time laundering them. They were ruined of course!
The other large wash load was all of our bright colors. This too was set on COLD. Before it was finished with the rinse cycle, we saw steam from the top of the machine. Somehow the internal setting was misaligned because we could all see it was on COLD, yet that water was SCALDING HOT! Burned my hand and ruined an entire load of clothes. 13 of my Sons work shirts. We still haven't replaced all of them yet.
I'm not going to get into the odd and inappropriate behavior this man and woman were directing toward my daughter and I.
The way of business for some is just plain and simple greed! No consideration!
I'm happy to say, I repaired my washer today!
YAY!
