Reeee---aaallllyy enjoy this Gym! Private and it has all the fitness equipment of a full sized box gym. The trainers here are well trained. They all seem to have a great background in fitness. I have already lost 12 pounds in a week! Weight loss seemed almost impossible until now! 60 more pounds to go.

Wow!!! What a nice guy!!! I can't wait for my chance to train with him.Had a conversation with him on the phone, answered all my Questions and e-mailed me tips on eating and working out. It's all kind of funny, I was looking for my son not for me.
