While make some deliveries for work a car hit me from behind. Right away I felt pain in my back. My job was only worried about their car. They didn't believe I was hurt. I found Cleveland and Metz online and gave them a call. They explained I had two cases one for work and one for the car accident. They sent me to doctor and after a few studies they found out I had a messed up disc in my back. I went to the doctor for 6 months and they said I didn't need surgery but my back still hurt. The attorney got me money for my disability and I got a new job. At the end of the day I was happy with these people they did good by me.

I just settled my case with Charles Cleveland and I'm very happy with the results. It took two years but I got money for my disability and a voucher to go to school. Mr. Cleveland was as available to talk to me. I'm so happy I can move on with my life and get out of this workers comp system .

my first work comp case took over two years and it finally settled theni got a last settlement from the second insurance company about 6 months after that. Mr. Cleveland was very helpful, knowledgeable and always answered my questions quickly by email. He got me a good settlement in court from both insurances. John Metz was my attorney and I can honestly say he is the best attorney you could ever hire. The insurance refused to pay on my case and he did a trial to make them pay. The doctors he sent me too understood how injured I was and he used what they said to get me money for my injury. I will send everyone I can to him.

Charles Cleveland was highly recommended to me by another attorney. Making a WC claim due to an injury and dealing with all that goes with it is no picnic. . I am very fortunate that I found exceptional representation in Charles Cleveland. He was not always available to talk on the phone when I had a question. BUT..He was ALWAYS available by e-mail and would answer my question quickly. If he couldn't answer he let me know that he would check on it. I never felt like my questions got lost in hyper-space. He always answered even if it was just a "got it" I couldn't always talk to him but if I needed a verbal answer I could talk to one of his staff. He took care of issues in a timely manner and I never felt like I was "Just a File" He stuck with me through thick and thin. And believe me my case had it's ups and downs. My case closed yesterday after 5 1/2 years. He didn't rush me, he fought for me and didn't settle till it was right. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am pleased with having this review page to review it. I ma not a client and am shopping for an outstanding professional who shows pride and unsurpassed ethics and professionalism when dealing with clients. I think any review about staff communication is extremaly relevant and ought not o be brush aside as if not representing their practice, because their staff is representing their practice and themselves. They should train their staff to be more professional. In this time and age, any professional should not be satisfied with any poor review. Therefore, these guys are not going to represent me.

Cleveland Mets were my workers compensation attorneys. These guys were great. I met with them personally and they answered all my questions. My case finally settled after a year and a half in court last week. I was very happy with my result after everything I've been through.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Cleveland & Metz. It's hard when you open the yellow pages and there are so many choices. But luckily I found an attorney who really put their best foot forward. Whenever I called and left a message, my call got returned. If I had a question, my question got answered. My attorney was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable.

I would like to say that my experience with this office was exceptional. Dealing with Rosie for my auto accident claim was with great professionalism both on the phone and in person . Mr. Metz is a very professional and aggressive gentleman when it comes to representing my case. Our case is complicated and time consuming yet through his confident manner and knowledge of the law he made my wife and i feel we are in good hands. Mr Metz seems to have a goal in mind on what best for his client and not just negotiate a settlement and move on. Although my case is not through yet We feel Mr. Metz will see this case to its success conclusion.

I have read all these reviews, and am I client of the firm. When I call to speak to Rosie (before her leave of abscene) it would take me calling for days and sometimes weeks on end to get her to return my call. My questions weren't difficult just wanting updates and general questions. I then got Anna who seemed more prompt on returning my calls in the beginning but now it seems like they are too busy to talk to me. When I tried to leave a message for Mr Metz to return my call I am told he would only see/talk to me by apt.This makes it hard since I live 60 miles away. I too like some of the other reviewers have gotten extremely frustrated with the staff. I even asked for an email address so I could email Mr Metz and was told that was unavaiable. If anyone has anyone suggestions of how to get calls returned or updates, I would greatly appreciate it. I only give them one star, just because I have to put somithing. Hopefully future it will be 5 star, keeping fingers crossed.
