We are a family of 5 who have been coming to this establishment since they were in Victoria Gardens Mall. We have been loyal customers for 8-9 yrs now. My daughter who is 16 had bifocals put into her distance lenses/glasses because eye doctor advised and recommended it. He told her if it doesn’t work out bring them back and have them sent back to lab and put in only distance lenses. Along with her eye exam we paid extra money and fees for a contact lens exam. She was sent home with a new stronger trial pair of contact lenses that are monthly. We brought her in about a week later with her most recent, older pair of eyeglasses from Clearview with her most recent prescription. Her lenses change significantly from yr to yr. They sent them to lab to put in bifocal lenses. About 10 days later we get a call to pick them up and my daughter who is 16 does not like them at all. She says they r blurry when she looks thru them and the bifocal line is so high up her eyes. We come back in and ask to have the lenses changed out to distance only. My daughters only pair of trial lenses r disintegrating and have to be replaced by now so we ask them for one more trial pair to use while her glasses come back in from lab. A manager named Stacey Ryan tells us no she won’t help us and that we have to order and pay for a years worth of contact lenses to get a 2nd free trial pair. My daughter tells Stacey she only want to use glasses not contacts so doesn’t want to purchase a yrs worth of contacts. Stacey tells her wear your back up pair of glasses. My daughter responds I don’t have any they r at your lab right now being fitted with my new prescription. My daughter is literally blind without glasses or contacts. The issue escalated into a rude, shouting match and tempers r flaring due to the horrible customer service given by Stacey R. She even threatens to call the police on us and have us removed?! Really? Why? Because we r trying to explain what the issue is? We leave and my daughter cri

This business has poorest cust...

This business has poorest customer service. They do not care about existing customers and do not provide them with adequate support when their lenses begin falling apart. Their employee, S, is very rude. Do not do business here.

My family and I have been coming to Clear View since they opened and have recieved nothing but great service. We are a family of 5 and all either wear glasses or contacts. I have purchased 8 separate pairs of glasses over the past 3 years and have had no problems with any of them.

Beware They do not stand behind their products

I purchased a pair of glasses Dolce & Gabbana in Jan of 08. I paid over $700.00 total. From the time that I have had the glasses I have had 3 lenses on left side replaced and 2 on the right side and they are needing to be replaced again on both lenses because the lenses keep cracking. My warranty is up in Jan of 09. They have advised me that as of Jan of 09 they will not replace my lenses nor give me credit towards another pair...The glasses I feel were faulty from the beginning or not cut right by the office and they wouldn't give me credit or replace the glasses after the second set of lenses replaced. They do not stand behind their products. BEWARE
