Just called in, talked with I think her name was Mia, I had all the info for my Solar Electric quote as I had been shopping around. She was able to have Craig to my home the next day, he was great! Showed us where the panels would go held my hand through all the Fianacing, got us discounts I didn't even know were available from the 1st three quotes I had received. The install crew was in and out of there seemlessly. A+ job would recommend to anyone! I'm paying 30% what my electric bill was with the utility company for only 5 years and I own these things! They even gave me $200 when I reffered my Brother for his Solar Electric system. Pay less and get paid for just telling folks what a great job they did, can't go wrong with these guys.

I have had years of experience with Sierra Pacific and would certainly know if they were incompetent.

Sierra Pacific did a solar pool installation for us in 2003 and their service on that has been stellar. So, when we needed a new HVAC unit in 2009, I called them. They came out the next day, provided me with a very detailed and professional estimates on some different options. We obtained some different estimates, but no one came close to their price or professionalism. They had the new unit and thermostats installed in a timely manner. They remind us when to have it checked - which they do every year for a very low charge - and so far, nothing but regular service has been needed.

In 2010, we decided to go with them for solar electricity. Their excellent technician, Greg, came to our home and truthfully told us that with all the tree cover we had on the roof we wanted to install the panels on that we wouldn't see any return for our money. He showed us everything in an Excel spreadsheet that was so easy to understand. His honesty cost him a sale, but we tell everyone how wonderful Sierra Pacific is. Our neighbors did purchase a solar electric system from them and are very happy.

I also appreciate the fact that unlike so many other companies, they install everything themselves...no other contractors to deal with. Particularly with solar electric, I found out very quickly you can purchase from one company and then find out that some other contractor you have never met will install your system. Not so with Sierra Pacific.

I have had a VERY long working relationship with this company and cannot recommend them more highly.

Guys were very professional and thorough from the very beginning to the end. They did a great job installing our solar and even cleaned up after themselves. They call every so often to make sure everything is still going well. Couldn't be happier with our solar

We bought a new HVAC unit with Sierra Pacific and have been pleased. The unit has not been without problems, but each time they have come out to fix it promptly.

Sierra Pacific installed solar for my pool. The sales guy came by and took measurements and was able to give me an estimate that day. The install was done a month later in 1 day and the system runs great.

Everybody else seems so happy. Our 2 day install took 4 days. This was caused by the crew doing things out of order so it failed the county inspection. Then, a week after the install the unit stopped working. When their repair person came out, he had to reconnect the power. The electrical connection 3 inches from the gas line had been done with the wrong size and type of connector (a major code violation that could have destroyed our house). The promised expert concrete work was done by someone who had never touched a bag of concrete in his life and it looks like it. When we complained to the company (a 5+ page letter), it was ignored. I should have stayed with Bell Brothers

Sierra Pacific installed our Lennox Heating and Air system and we couldn't be happier. The entire process from sales, selection, scheduling, installation, inspection, to setting the controller, everyone was professional, on time, and handled every aspect including communication ......we didn't have to do a thing. The new system is quiet and the controller is amazing. We highly recommend Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort for home heating and air.
