BIG COMPANY STUPID CUSOMER SERVICE

i dont know what u guys r talkin about, maybe i just got lucky but i thought the service was excellent. i got helped by an asian dude and he was coo. i called and got a quote of 65 for a part and when i got there they said it would take 30 minutes to take out. an hour later they came out with the part and for my not so long wait they discounted me thirty dollars... and to top it all off, it was the wrong part, not their fault they got the part i told them to i was just mistaken on which part i needed. so they brought me out the right part and discounted me $20 on it after they already pulled out a part that i didnt even need. when i left he wished me the best of luck in getting my a/c fixed. i would definitely recommend to a friend. lesson of the day: dont always believe reviews u hear on yellow pages.
