Buds Plumbing Service overcharged us for 10 minutes of work! they came out -- spent 10 minutes capping off 2 pipes -- told me there was no charge -- after me insisting to pay for their work, they spent 30 minutes in their van talking & on the phone trying to determine how much to charge for the work -- after waiting for over half hour, I walked out to their van and asked how much, they told me the charge was $165! I was shocked! I have contacted the owner and have requested a refund on a portion of their overcharge!



also, we have been trying to get an estimate from them for doing the plumbing in our bathroom remodel and they never respond back with any estimate -- so



because of these problems we won't be using Bud's Plumbing Service for any plumbing work in our home!

We had a plumber from this company come out to give us an estimate. We bought a fixer house recently and have several plumbing jobs that need to be done. We took him around the house and showed him all the work that needed to be done. His demeanor was terribly arrogant! It was strange, as if doing a bid for a residential job was beneath him. At the end he said he would give us an estimate in a couple of days. 1 1/2 weeks later, there was still no word from the plumber so we called to follow up. The receptionist was frazzled and said she would get back to me. She called two days after that and said they could mail the estimate to us but had no explanation as to why it had taken our call to prompt an estimate. I told her to keep the estimate, because if the company is not motivated enough to even provide an estimate, then we certainly don't want to try to deal with them working on our house.

This company came out to un-clog our toliet, and the plumber couldn't find anything wrong . He took everything apart, replaced it all and didn't quote a price for doing all that "extra". I never signed on the work order on the line where it says that you are completely satisfied with the job.

AND then he broke cracked a tile on the floor, and I contacted the company, I was told it would be "taken care of", and I contacted them again, and they gave me the run around. I am now dealing with this mess and I am warning anyone and everyone Do Not Use Them! Use a national company, anyone-but do not use this company!

Also, please complain at The Better Business Bureau website if you have used this company and had terrible service, too. They are rated an A+ at the BBB and people need to let them know how bad they are so that others do not fall into the same trap. It will save others time by seeing that they should not use this plumbing service.

This plumbing outfit was recommended by my insurance. I am so sorry I went with them. I now have more offsets in my sewer lateral than I had before and the totally destroyed my lawn! I cannot believe that AAA recommended them!
